Botanica Apartment

The Botanica Apartment is located in a luxury area of South Jakarta. The design combined the apartment's architectural features and the client's request. The condo gives a modern, contemporary look, while the client wanted to create an American style.

The neutral earthy colour was used to create a homey and cozy ambience. Off-white and beige panelling was applied on the wall and also as a finish for the door cabinet to have an American-style touch, with modern and simple wallpaper as a wall finish. The existing marble floor finishes help to add the completed modern yet luxurious ambience to the room. And wooden finishes as an accent and a warm feeling.
