Simpruk Teras Apartment

The apartment project is located in South Jakarta and is owned by a newlywed couple. The couple wanted a neutral, modern, clean-cut interior. We created a contemporary look to make it dynamic, with a touch of neutral monochromatic colour to make it everlasting. We combined wood and marble for the finishes to create a luxurious yet warm feeling.

The kitchen would be the perfect representation of both materials, such as the marble for the backsplash, the top table for the counter kitchen, and the wooden grid wall as an accent. The big existing windows were one of the advantages that came with the apartment, as they helped to provide natural lighting and also widened the interior. We covered them up with a dark sheer curtain to help reduce the sunlight, but at the same time, you can still feel the natural brightness.
